maintain the right, at first roundabout take 3rd exit to Venezia, straight following indications Venezia, take exit to Aeroporto / Treviso, following airport, after BMW station will see at left Via Porto di Cavergnago, make a U turn to return to Venice, after the traffic light, on the right Via Appia.
arriving from East
follow the tangenziale a take exit to Venezia / Treviso, at roundabout take 2nd exit to Venezia (Via Martiri della Libertà ), straight on for 4 traffics lights, than on the right and will see Via Appia on the right.
