AGENZIA FAVRET s.r.l., is a Shipping Agency in VENICE-Mestre, Via Appia 20.The Company was established as a personal Company in 1951 by the late mr Antonio Favret, well known reputable ship agent and ship broker, formerly General Manager of one of the leading shipping agency in Venice. After few years the Company, already representing many important oil companies and tanker owners, as been transformed by merging into s.a.s. (Inc.).

The business then has been extended to Liner services as sub-agency for worldwide general cargo lines, than agent for Ferry, Ro/Ro and Container regular lines not only as port agents in Venice but also as booking agents for all the territory North-East of Italy ; its structure was improved by hiring more and more highly skilled professionists and managers, thus forming a company structural new dimension and a business volume which made consequently advisable a new partnership structure, therefore the Company in 1981 was transformed into S.r.l. (Ltd).

Particular attention and highly skilled staff has been dedicated to the ship husbanding, out of the passengers, liner and tramp vessels and navy ships, in consideration of the peculiarity and particular needs of the service, in which the involved confidentiality and the wide variety of requirements implies in the agency service a tremendously experienced, reliable, active and fully motivated staff.
